Półtorak Jadwiga is made of mead wort, which consists of bee honey and water in the proportion: 1 volume of honey and 0.5 volume of water. This type of mead is aged the longest, at least several years. Półtorak Jadwiga is characterized by a distinct, deep flavor bouquet. It is produced with the addition of raspberry fruit and wild rose.
