REFUND POLICY

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY:

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days.

The deadline for resignation from the order is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date on which a third party indicated by you, not acting as a carrier, came into possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making an unequivocal statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order, and you will not incur any fees for such a return.

RETURN TERMS:

To qualify for a return, make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 7 days
• The goods are placed in the original packaging

The following goods are not returnable:

• Custom made or strictly personalized goods.
• Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, e.g. goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has passed.
• Goods which, due to health or hygiene safety, are not suitable for return and have been unpacked after delivery.
• Goods which after their delivery, according to their nature, will be inseparably connected with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions. We make the decision to return at our sole discretion.

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer bears the costs and risk of returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transportation. For this reason, we recommend the use of insurance and postal tracking services. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation that we have received the return shipment.

PRESENTS:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of your returned product.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to later give the product to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
