Phacelia honey is produced from phacelia, which has been recognized as the queen of melliferous plants. Honey produced from the nectar of phacelia flowers has a very delicate and slightly sour taste and a floral scent. It is light yellow or green in color.

It has many healing properties, which makes it one of the most valued honeys in Poland. Facelium honey is recommended primarily to people suffering from hypertension, as it effectively lowers it. It is a product that perfectly strengthens immunity and prevents inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, because it is characterized by bactericidal properties. Phacelia honey contains choline that protects our liver, especially in case of poisoning. This honey also supports the treatment of diseases of the digestive system, including gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, problems with the gallbladder and pancreas. It is also helpful in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Phacelia honey is used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, myocardial insufficiency and atherosclerosis.
