It is a type of mead produced from mead wort resulting from mixing 1 volume of honey and 2 volumes of water. To reach maturity, this delicious 'trójniak' must mature for about 2 years. It is made of dark nectar honey with a strong taste and aroma with spice and herbal additives. It has a subtle aroma softened by the softness of Alpine herbs.
