What is bee pollen?
Bee pollen is flower pollen collected by bees and transported to the hive in the form of formed balls attached to the hind legs. For bees, it is the second basic food.


Composition of bee pollen
Bee pollen is characterized by a very rich composition containing over 200 different chemical compounds. Among other things: proteins constituting 20-40% of the weight of 36 macro- and microelements (potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, silver, zinc, silicon, copper, chromium ... ) vitamins (group A, B and E, C, P, D , H, PP… ) folic acid, inositol, biotin, pantothenic acid, phytocides rutin, essential oils, antibiotics, hormones, enzymes, organic acids, growth promoters carbohydrates (fructose, glucose, maltose… )

2/3 cup of lukewarm water
