Bee bread in honey - 400 g Sądecki Bartnik

Bee bread is a bee product with very high nutritional values, much better than pollen, because it has a richer composition and is better absorbed, because thanks to lactic fermentation, the digestibility of nutrients is increased. It is rich in vitamins: A, all of the B group, C, PP, E, D, K and H. It contains a lot of micro- and macroelements, as well as enzymes that support digestion.

Bee pollen, like pollen, has nutritional, antibacterial and detoxifying properties. It is recommended in the treatment of intestinal diseases, anemia, hypertension, fatigue and exhaustion, and even in diseases of the nervous system. Bee pollen used by the elderly gives very good results. It also has a beneficial effect on the skin, which is why it is recommended in the treatment of psoriasis. It can be used to treat the prostate. Some doctors recommend eating bee pollen for all men over 40.

Dosage: Since there are no cases of bee pollen overdose, it can be consumed systematically, 2 teaspoons a day, in the morning before eating and in the evening before dinner. The only side effect of too much consumption may be slight diarrhea.
