The use of honey enriched with propolis
The most commonly used concentration of propolis in honey is 1%. This preparation is being prepared for use in the treatment of children who must not be given alcoholic solutions. In this form, propolis honey is used like ordinary honey, e.g. by spreading it on a slice of bread. Propolis has a strong antibacterial and antifungal effect. It removes free radicals that contribute to the development of atherosclerosis. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, it is used in inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract.

Dosage:
Children and adolescents up to 14 years of age: 1 teaspoon twice a day.
Adults: 2 tablespoons a day, 30 minutes before eating.
Honey with propolis should be stored in a dry and dark place.

Before starting to consume honey with the addition of propolis, it is worth checking whether we are allergic to it. Just eat half a teaspoon of honey and watch your body's reaction.
