Formation:
Rapeseed honey is a spring honey obtained from rapeseed flowers at the turn of April and May. Due to the large number of rapeseed crops, it is a very popular honey in our country. It contains a lot of glucose, which makes it a honey that crystallizes very quickly.

Color and taste:
Rapeseed honey in liquid form has a light straw or light yellow color with a greenish tint, and sometimes it is almost colorless. Due to its tendency to crystallize, it is mixed, thanks to which it takes on a greasy ("lard") consistency and a white-cream color. It is mild, very sweet and bland with a noticeable smell of blooming rapeseed.

Healing properties:
The high content of glucose and other simple sugars in rapeseed honey supports the body in states of physical and mental exhaustion. It is a valuable regenerative conditioner for long-term work.
Magnesium and potassium found in honey strengthen the heart, stabilize blood pressure and inhibit atherosclerotic processes by dilating coronary vessels.
